What EventSync is, what it does, and what it deliberately does not do.

What EventSync does

Planner approval model

  • Wedding Day Assistant suggests. The planner or authorized team lead approves.
  • SmartRipple previews what changes, what stays protected, and which roles are affected.
  • Team-visible updates happen only after explicit confirmation.
  • Non-command roles never receive planner-only command context or unrelated private details.

What EventSync is not

  • Not a replacement for an on-site human coordinator.
  • Not an autonomous wedding decision maker. Wedding Assistant includes contextual conversations as well as role-aware guidance.
  • Not a full vendor marketplace like The Knot or Zola, even though EventSync supports curated venue discovery and vendor contacts.
  • Not a hosted registry platform, even though EventSync supports registry links.
  • Not a guest photo sharing wall.
  • Not a CRM, invoicing platform, or full wedding website builder.
  • Not an external SMS/email marketing or guest messaging system.

Why it is different

Many wedding tools are strongest during the planning year. EventSync is built around the handoff from planning into execution: what is happening now, what needs attention, what changed for each role, and what the planner should approve next.

Current pricing

SmartRipple is included with valid Day-Of access, independently of premium Assistant. Where free access is enabled, eligible accounts can try five Assistant questions or follow-ups once across their account. Opening the Assistant does not use a message. Check the displayed allowance before sending; paid and complimentary grants can have different allowances. Storefront prices, currency, taxes and availability can vary; the purchase screen is authoritative.
