Use EventSync Workspace on your laptop to build the wedding schedule. Set the ceremony for 4:30 at the Garden Lawn. When the wedding starts, open that exact schedule in EventSync Day-Of on your phone and run the day.

What happens in the clip?

The coordinator builds a ceremony block for a fictional Maya and Jordan wedding in EventSync Workspace. The schedule shows 4:30 PM at the Garden Lawn. She then reaches for the phone and opens the same event in EventSync Day-Of. The ceremony time and location are still there.

The proof is deliberately small. It is one schedule item on two devices, not a montage of disconnected screens. That continuity is the point: the coordinator planned the event once and carried it into the live day.

Why plan the wedding timeline on a laptop?

Timeline building benefits from space. A coordinator may be comparing times, locations, responsibilities, vendor notes, and the order of several dependent moments. A desktop view makes that review easier before the team is moving through the venue.

Planning on a laptop does not mean the coordinator wants to carry one around during the wedding. The phone is better for checking what happens now, advancing the day, receiving updates, and working from room to room.

Two screens should not create two versions of the wedding.

The desktop and phone are different working surfaces for the same event. The coordinator should not have to export, resend, or recreate the timeline simply because the wedding has started.
