We've added matching video guides to owner email invitations for Team Leads, Wedding Planners, Photographers, DJs, Caterers and Venue Coordinators. In Workspace, open Team > Invite by email to choose a role and preview its guide before sending.
Read the updateWith optional Smart invitations, guests can choose a day to answer within the reply window you set. You can allow extra time within your limits and see each reply day beside attendance. A reply day isn't an acceptance, and turning Smart on sends no messages.
