Do I pay for EventSync as a vendor?
No. Vendors are invited to a wedding by the couple or coordinator. The role-scoped view is free on the vendor side. The subscription lives with whoever runs the wedding day.
Do I need to install an app?
You can use the mobile app or open your role view in a browser. The mobile app gives you push notifications for cue updates. The browser view works on any device, no install required.
What does my role view actually show?
Only the cues that involve your role. A photographer sees First Look, family portraits, ceremony, reception entrance. The photographer does not see DJ load-in or catering plate timing. Less clutter, less missed cues.
What if the timeline changes?
The cue updates on your phone with a diff showing what moved, where, and from when to when. Tap acknowledge so the coordinator stops worrying. No need to text the bride.
How do I tell the couple about EventSync?
Send them this page or the home page. The couple can sign up free, build the timeline, and invite you by role. They can also upgrade to the Wedding Pass for day-of broadcasts if they want full vendor coordination.
What if the wedding does not use EventSync?
Then you do what every vendor does today: rely on the latest PDF, text the bride, and hope for the best. The point of this page is to give you something better to suggest.
