Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using EventSync ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EventSync is a wedding planning and day-of coordination application. The App provides tools for planning (budget tracking, guest list management, vendor contacts, seating charts, checklists), team collaboration, venue discovery, bulk email invitations, and real-time day-of coordination (timeline management, vendor check-ins, broadcasts, and schedule recovery).

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the App. You can sign in using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an event.
• You serve as the administrator for any event you create and are responsible for the content shared within it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of EventSync require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EventSync and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (timelines, notes, etc.).

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is a planning and coordination tool, not a professional human coordinator.

• We are not liable for any disruptions, delays, or issues that occur during your event.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Upload unauthorized, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
