A day to answer. An answer still to come.
Friday is her plan to reply. It does not save a Yes or promise that she will attend. She still needs to answer Yes or No.
Familiar RSVP is the starting mode, with Yes or No replies. Optional Smart invitations add reply-day choices within a window you set. If you allow extra time, a guest can choose a later day within your limits.
Hosts can see each person’s attendance and Reply day separately. Silence does not count as a No, and a saved date is not a guarantee that a reply will arrive.

A missed reply is not a no. They're waiting on one guest's answer, but she can't reply yet. She's still waiting for her time off to be approved. She could just go quiet. Instead, she doesn't disappear. Inside the window they gave her, she picks Friday to reply. Now the couple knows exactly when to check back, and the waiting feels lighter. It was her choice, so it feels like her own commitment. And remember, choosing a reply date is not a yes. It's simply not silence. Smart invitations from EventSync.
