What happens next

  1. The latest timeline, vendor arrivals, locations, owners, and important notes are reviewed for missing handoff details.
  2. The existing PDF, CSV, export, or written timeline is imported into EventSync Workspace.
  3. Detected schedule items are reviewed by a person before they become part of the live run sheet.
  4. The wedding-day team uses the approved plan in EventSync, with the mobile app supporting live and offline day-of work.
