EventSync Workspace: asking the Wedding Day Assistant about a handoff
Transcript
Fictional wedding · Real product use. The wedding and its sample timeline are fictional (an existing test plan). The EventSync session and the Assistant's answer are real.
NARRATION
The wedding is fictional. This is a real EventSync session, with an actual Assistant response.
It's a sample timeline. Two blocks meet at 11:30, with no handoff time between.
As the photographer, I ask the Wedding Day Assistant for advice only.
“For this fictional wedding, I'm the photographer. The saved timeline has an 11:00–11:30 block followed immediately by an 11:30–12:00 block. What three practical things should I confirm with the planner so the handoff goes smoothly? Use the saved plan. Advice only—don't edit anything or contact anyone.”
Then I send it.
It suggests three things to confirm with the planner.
First, what counts as finished by 11:30.
Second, who takes it—the team lead directly, or the planner relaying it.
Third, how it happens: where to meet, what to pass on, who to alert if it runs late.
Those are questions for me to take to the planner.
The timeline check is free. Asking the Assistant is optional. Each request uses one message.
ON SCREEN
Sample timeline: "QA Now - photographer check", 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM, then "QA Next - team lead check", 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
The question in the Wedding Day Assistant (read aloud above), sent once:

The Assistant's reply:
The saved plan puts the photographer check at Fictional QA Hall immediately before the team-lead check, with no handoff time between them. I’d confirm three things with the planner:
1. What counts as finished by 11:30? Agree on the photographer check’s deliverable so it doesn’t spill into the next block.
2. Who takes the handoff? The next block is assigned to Kali, the team lead. Confirm whether Kali is receiving it directly or whether the planner will relay it.
3. How will the handoff happen? Agree where at the hall to meet, what information to pass on, and whom to alert if the first check runs late.
Both blocks are marked unfinished in the saved plan; that status alone doesn’t establish what happened on the day.
Shown in the Assistant: "Sending uses 1 message. Reviewing and approving use none."
End card: Fictional wedding · Real product use.
Notes: This example is optional Assistant advice; it does not show timeline import or the free timeline check. No plan changes were approved or applied in this session.
